• Reports about safety or objectionable content: within 24 hours. This is the commitment in our community guidelines and we hold to it every day of the week.
• Privacy requests: within 30 days, usually far sooner.
• Everything else: within two business days.

You do not have to email us to act. Open any photo or video, tap the ⋯ button, and choose Report this item or Block. Blocking takes effect immediately, hides everything that person has contributed, and never tells them. Reports go to the Lens admins and to our safety team at the same time.

You can see and undo your blocks under You → Blocked people.

You can delete your account from inside the app under You → Delete account, or from this page if you cannot sign in. We hold your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then purge it.
