Terms of service
Plain-language summary of the agreement between you and Sundae Media Group LLC for use of Fountain Lens.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, process it into viewable sizes, and show it to the members of the Lens you put it in.
What you agree to
- You have the right to share what you upload.
- You follow the community guidelines.
- You are at least 13, or the age of digital consent where you live. Lenses involving students are managed by their school or organization.
- You will not try to access Lenses you were not invited to.
Accounts and Lenses
A Lens owner controls who joins, what each role can do, and whether the Lens is archived or deleted. Invite links can be revoked at any time; revoking a link never removes members who already joined.
Plans and billing
Paid plans unlock higher quality, more Lenses, and organization features. Organization plans bill by seat for people acting on behalf of the organization; guests are free. Plan limits are enforced on our servers.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that break the guidelines or the law. If we discontinue the service, we will give notice and time to export.
